Method of Entry

  • In addition to the School submitting a nomination direct to CIS, individual Dive Sheets using Dive Recorder must also be submitted by the school. 
    • Dive Recorder Sheets can be accessed HERE
  • All Dive Recorder Sheets are due online as per the Dive Recorder Instruction document - see  below. Please ensure these are completed by Tuesday 29 April as they are part of the nomination process and failure to complete them will result in competitors not being eligible to compete.
