Method of Entry
- In addition to the School submitting a nomination direct to CIS, individual Dive Sheets using Dive Recorder must also be submitted by the school.
- Dive Recorder Sheets can be accessed HERE
- All Dive Recorder Sheets are due online as per the Dive Recorder Instruction document - see below. Please ensure these are completed by Wednesday 1 May as they are part of the nomination process and failure to complete them will result in competitors not being eligible to compete.
