The Flyers below can be used as appropriate in schools to help educate teachers, students and parents on the nomination process.

Returning Members
Teachers and School Officials who have been members in previous seasons (years) will be required to renew their membership in order to nominate students. This can be done in the Teachers & School Officials Hub on the CIS Website. You will need to complete the form as a Returning Member for each sport you wish to nominate students for.
New Members
The first time you log in to the website, you will need to complete the form as New Member. After this has been completed once, you can complete the form as a Returning Member if nominating students for other sports. This can be done in the Teachers & School Officials Hub on the CIS Website.
Team Registration
When completing the form to nominate students to your relative sport, you will need Register a New Team.
- Your Team Name should be your Association Prefix and School Name.
E.G. IGSA Abbotsleigh (please do not add any specifics identifying the gender or age group). You will identify the specific event later on in the process when nominating students via the selection of their payment class
- You may only create one team in each sport
- Nominations should be sent to a parent/guardian email address only. Please do not send invitations to student email addresses.
- You can Manage Existing Nominations from the Teachers & School Officials Hub on the CIS Website.
School Details
In addition to each Teacher/School Official Membership, each school has its own Organisation Membership profile.
It is important that the information within this Membership is kept up to date. This profile includes contacts for Principal, Primary Head of Sport, Secondary Head of Sport and Accounts.
